Excellent location

No tea/coffee supplies/milk.

Very comfortable, clean and well appointed with everything we needed.

Nothing I didn’t like, however some light and fan switches didn’t work so needs some maintenance. It didn’t affect our stay though.

Stunning apartments, clean, comfortable and everything you need. Loved staying here, home away from home. Close to nearby coffee shops, bakery and restaurants. We attended a wedding in the area and was very central to everything.

The property was well located and near everything we wanted to access in Angaston and the wider Barossa region.

The access and the stairs location. Specifically the landing at the base of the staircase caused me a severe injury to my ankle and we had to cut our stay short as a result of me needing to access emergency urgent care and X-rays the final step of the stairs resulted in me rolling my ankle. The bath tub in the Shiraz apartment included a shower, my elderly parents stayed in this apartment that I booked on the ground floor as they can’t climb stairs. However the all in one shower and tub was inaccessible as they couldn’t climb into the bath. Resulting in them not being able to take a shower or bath so they were required to have a hand wash not satisfactory at!! When I contacted the property the next day to advise our stay would be cut short as a result of my injury I was advised with an “ Ok thanks for letting me know.” No apology or sorry to hear this or we will be sure to fix the stair landing! This long weekend experience unfortunately left a bad taste in our mouths for what we were anticipating would be a fabulous multigenerational family trip!
