Le confort, l'espace sont excellents. Le fait d'avoir 2 salles de bain est idéal. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée. Le jardin est bien entretenu, il est grand , il est beau et arboré de magnifiques citronniers . L'accueil de Francesca est très amical. Merci pour tout

The property is perfect In every way! The owners Enzo and Francesca were more than helpful. At the end of my trip I hugged Enzo like he was my own family. They make you feel very comfortable right from the start. I come from NYC so I was a little concerned that the house would be hot in a European summer, but the ACs worked great in every room, like I was home! Every room in the house has split units that work perfectly. I stood for ten days but I felt like I could have easily stood the whole summer! I will definitely be back!

Absolutely nothing!

The location had its advantages and disadvantages. The best advantage of the location is that it's quiet and pleasant for people who enjoy relaxation. The problem is the distance to the center of Cinisi or the beach; without a car, it takes just a few minutes.

I will be helpful to get new sun loungers, but it's still like nothing. During our vacation, there was an issue with the fridge, but it was fixed quickly. The Sony TV was usually used in the evenings and has Netflix and Amazon Prime Video logged in, only HBO and Disney were missing to be perfect.

La casa è semplicemente meravigliosa, fornita di tutti i comfort, ha un giardino grandissimo con tanti ulivi e alberi da frutta. Il mare dista pochissimo, necessita l'auto per arrivarci, nelle vicinanze ci sono tutti i servizi necessari, supermercati, panifici, bar.... Francesca la proprietaria è una persona carinissima disponibile per ogni informazione necessaria per girare la località in totale autonomia, consiglio la struttura vivamente.
