Excellent location: only a 10-minute drive to Entrance 1 of Plitvice Lakes National Park. Easy to find, with convenient parking right in front of the house — even with a van. Spacious bedrooms and generally comfortable sleeping arrangements We had a decent stay overall, mainly because we spent our days at the park and only used the apartment to sleep. It’s good for a short stay (1–2 nights), but it lacks the comfort and amenities for anything longer.

Odd layout: the top floor is for your use, but the main entrance is shared with the downstairs apartment. Each room upstairs must be individually locked if you want to ensure privacy. The bathroom cannot be locked separately, which could be a security concern in case of dishonest neighbors downstairs. Poorly equipped kitchen: not enough utensils for 6 people, no lids for pots, no cutting boards — very limited for self-catering. Some of the dishes were not clean when we arrived. The ensuite bedroom with a bathroom in it had a strong smell of humidity, which was unpleasant. The apartment is a bit worn-out: one main light wasn't working, and some bedsheets were torn at the corners.

The house still nice, this was my secound time there. In the neigboor there is a nice field with horses and chichkens. The balcons are great and we can see somthing was build outside of the building --> maybe a future grill place.

The place is nice itself but when we arrived the keys was mixed and 5PM the place still was under cleaning process. The big problem, if you arrive and the other place is rented (1st floor) many times the other guest keep the front door open when they left --> this is the main door, which is holding back to be stole anything on the secound floor where we was. Please remind first floor guest always to close the main door. The scound issue was the kitchen was still not fixed, some broken knife and very poor equipments was available. So if you plan to cook you have no chance I let you know in advance as the kitchen exist but no minimum equipments like bootle openers, grater, pans, wooden spoon...
