Nice stay

Very uncomplicated check in, we arrived earlier than planned and could already get into the house. It is very spacious and nice. It was hot outside but inside the house the temperature was fine. Parking outside right next to the house was also easy. And of course the view from the terrace was amazing!

Bad

The house was not well looked after, suposed ro be a traditional house however it looked gosted. Apon our arrival there was not even a singlw window open to fresh the air, the smell from mold was all over.There was dust in all the surfaces, windows, cuboards, tables chairs like it's not been used for ages.On one of the bathrooms there was a broken pipe and waters on thr floor and the door was not able to close, on the orher bathroom bathtub had no water, a window by the main road made your visit in the toilet exeptional as you could speak with everyone passing by. beddings looked and smelt used and mold was evweywhere in the cuboards flowers, and the 2 sofa in the livingroom, on the outside of the house there was a small "patio" for max 2 people standing with dry flowers and mud.The main door of the house opens directlyin to the corner of the main road if the main road, and there was no key or anithing else to lock it from inside (we have to kids 2 and 5 years old). we supose to have free secure parking .........nope, we had to risk and park on the same corner on the main road. we try for 3 hours to contact the owner for help as we had to put the kids to sleep but no answer untill today. Massive waste of time and money, we spent 16 hours to come from london and we faced this situation. I'm disipointed with all this scam

Okay for a short stopover in Genua

Spacious and generally clean house some 20 min away from Genua center.

The fridge’s evaporator somehow produced a horrible smell in the kitchen. We couldn’t use it... House is surrounded by a (even at night) busy street. As there is no aircon you have to keep windows open.

Parcheggio inagibile perché completamente ricoperto di vegetazione. Non è una villa, ma una casa fatiscente, con imposte rotte, intonaco cadente, muffa alle pareti di alcune stanze, pessima pulizia (per la quale fanno pagare una spesa extra di 100€ non specificata alla prenotazione). L’agenzia che si occupa della struttura ha del personale poco disponibile per far fronte ad inconvenienti (eravamo senza acqua calda e ci hanno risposto che non è possibile e che non hanno tempo per venire a verificare - abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci). Sconsiglio vivamente

L’emplacement et la vue sur la mère

Le matériel vieillot. Le four tombe à morceaux et tout sale, la hôte d’aspiration de la cuisine ne marchait pas, donc impossible de faire à manger sans imprégner la maison des odeurs et fumé. Les Casseroles cassées et dangereuses (les poignées cassées), Le grille-pain immonde, les joints moisis dans la cuisine, La main courante de l’escalier qui descende depuis l’étage à reste dans la mains de ma fille (elle a presque tombé des escalier avec dans la mains) cassé. La douche en haut (rose dans les photos) également cassé ( se décroche du mur) Les matelas très inconfortables. La propreté laisse à désirer ( cendres de cigarettes à volonté derrière le canapé et des restes de pistaches ) pas déplacé pour le nettoyage « même si on nous a demandé 100euros pour le nettoyage. La terrasse pas entretenue de tout.

Nella descrizione c'era scritto che era a 1.5 km dalla clinica Gaslini ma in realtà si trova a 5 km. Non mi sembra giusto. L ultimo giorno siamo rimasti al freddo e senza acqua calda
