A comfortable room with balcony

Понравилась кровать, есть тёмные шторы вокруг кровати, это жирный плюс ,что утром солнце в глаза не светит и можно поспать подольше, очень удобные подушки, их было несколько, тёплые одеяла, балкон есть который даёт свежий воздух в комнату. В комнате большой шкаф для вещей, микроволновая печь, одна комфорка электрическая. Ванна , туалет отдельный, холодильник в коридоре. WiFi есть. Удобное месторасположение, остановка рядом, магазины, кафешки, заправка и там можно горячий кофе купить.

Не понравилось двери которые шумно открываются, например когда ночью спала проснулась от шума дверей, от шума щелчка замков соседей с другой комнаты, входной двери и от этого у меня сон сбился. Просто я чутко сплю, может кому-то не помешает этот звук. Когда я и сама пыталась тихооонько закрывать и открывать дверь не получалось, щелчки резкие, как будто бы пружина внутри сверх упруго держит. И стоило бы полотенца уже поменять🤭

Quirky accommodation, would be even better by updating decor etc

Generally speaking, the property is a single apartment divided into 3 private rooms of varying sizes with one toilet and bathroom shared among the 3 private rooms. Each room has a kitchen or pantry equipped with cooking utensils such as pots/pans, kettle and cutleries like spoons, forks, knife, plates, cups for your private use. There is one big fridge at the corridor for everyone's use and there is washing machine in the room as well. The apartment is relatively clean and the shower has good pressure with constant hot water. The property is about 4 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop so there is good connection from the property to other parts of the city. Supermarkets and grocery stores are about 8 minutes walk from the property and there is fast food joints located near to the supermarket incase you want to take a quick bite. There are paid parking at the property but you can also find free parking nearby. The best part is that the apartment is facing the road side view so you won't get bored easily as you will constantly get to see something passing-by including the birds that always come to the green grass to look for food.

The wifi in the apartment fluctuates sometimes but my mobile data is always handy in those times. The apartment is a bit old and is not well insulated so you get to hear the noise from the other rooms. There is literally no balcony in the apartment except the window facing the garden which extends to the road and there is no wardrobe or hanger to hang your clothes at least in the room I stayed. I think the pictures showed in the advertisement on the booking platform is a combination of various rooms instead of for specific room which should be corrected.

Very comfortable and nice apartment with all necessary amenities and good WiFi
