The location wax excellent. Free parking on the nearby streets and at a walk distance from both the beach and Porto Cesareo's center.
Unfortunately we arrive during an heat wave that hit the entire Country. Although the apartment is very nice and comfortable, the air con is only in the bedroom therefore we basically staid mainly in that room during our staying. Letizia kindly offer us the use of a fan that we kept in the kitchen and this helped a lot.

- Nice owner, we used WhA for any questions - fast FB
- Good location and nice rest for baby and us in nearby beaches
- There is a local supermarket, farmers market behind the house and fishmarket - very good quality
- Free parking in local streets
- Children's amusement park and playground just 100 metres
- we used terrase (see the picture) for the breakfasts and sat here in the evening with glass of wine.
- we sat on outdoor sofa located in front of the door and there is no sun the whole day. It is comfortable to drink beer after beach. There was windy all the time.
- good rotation price vs quality. The price also was increased for linen and towels. These info we agreed in our communication before check-in.
- the kitchen room is very hot all the day and cold air can't come here from bedrooms where are air conditioners.
- sometimes problems with WIFI connection and it doesnt work few minutes and after that start work again. If you want to work a-la home office you have risks. In our case it is enough because we used mobile internet when signal didnt work. The owner explained that WIFI didnt work because of overloaded server in the town.
- air conditions need in service
By the way these negatives did not influence our positive staying here. We liked this apart and rest in Porto Cesareo.

top location. very friendly host who communicated well and made sure we had everything. super clean place.
the terasse is not really usable, not covered so too hot to sit outside and also not nicely furnished.
