Il B&B era verosimilmente il vecchio yacht club. La struttura internamente è stata riattata recentemente, è pulita e dispone di tutti i comfort, cui un frigo (mezzo frigo) con un VERO congelatore, il parcheggio è disponibile sempre in strada davanti alla struttura.
La piscina nella area non accessibile della villa, qualora sistemata, darebbe sicurante un ulteriore slancio alla struttura.
