Die Lage ist optimal. Recht ruhig und sehr kurze Wege zu interessanten Orten.
Müllentsorgung ist etwas umständlich. Ist aber generell in Venedig nicht einfach. Nachts hat mehrfach die Sicherung ausgelöst, so dass man morgens erstmal an den Sicherungskasten (eine Treppe tiefer) musst.
