Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, vor allem mit kleinen Kindern. Der Hof liegt abseits an einem Wanderweg und direkt neben einem kleinen Spielplatz und einem Kneipppfad. Zum Naturfreibad sind es ca. 10 Fußminuten und in die Stadt und zur Bergstation ca. 15 Fußminuten. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet und modern.
Das kleine Bad hatte leider nur braunes Wasser und die Bettleuchten in einem Schlafzimmer gingen leider auch nicht, wurde aber gemeldet. wir hatten uns auf einen Bauernhof gefreut und natürlich auf Tiere. Leider gab es keine. Die Kühe waren auf der Alm. Aber dafür gab es Trettracktoren für die Kinder.
