Śliczne mieszkanko, przytulne, świetna lokalizacja (blisko do tramwaju np. do centrum, Pasażu Kapelanka - pysznie w Silver Dragon ;)), w cenie miejsce parkingowe w podziemiu, super wygodny-odpowiednio twardy materac (przy problemach z kręgosłupem). Serdecznie polecamy!

Czystość w mieszkaniu oraz wyposażenie kuchni. Zazwyczaj z łatwością trafiam na kwestie wymagające poprawy w apartamentach, jednak w tym przypadku nie było za bardzo do czego się przyczepić.
Brak uszczelki w kabinie prysznicowej - była deklaracja poprawienia tego mankamentu, więc trzymam za słowo ;)

Izjemno prijazna lastnika. Stanovanje moderno, čisto in prostorno. V kuhinji tudi že vse osnovne začimbe ipd. tako, da ni potrebno nič od tega kupovati.
Nekomu, ki bi si želel biti v samem mestnem jedru mogoče ne bi ustrezala lokacija, saj je nastanitev nekoliko izven centra mesta. (A naj poudarim, da so v bližini nastanitve tramvaj postaje tako, da si tudi tako nekaj minutah v mestnem jedru. Super je - mir pred hrupom iz centra mesta, hkrati pa vseeno možnost, da hitro prideš do le tega :))
