Excellent country side experience.

Excellent country side experience but definitely need a car to stay here. Owner was helpful and offered a bottle of wine and a box of chocolates.

Recommend to change the mattress of the double bed.

It was fine. Just needed to chill and relax and that is what we got.

Door was left unlocked. Nice enough cottage. Everything we needed.

King size bed with sunken mattress. Difficult to get out of. No walk in shower just shower over bath. Red hot overheated bedside lamps.

Quiet location and well equipped cottage

Really nice well equipped and spacious cottage, located in a wonderfully quiet location. great location for getting to the mountains

The mattresses in both bedrooms were not very comfortable which meant it wasn’t the most comfortable of places to sleep. They felt soft and saggy and could do with being replaced

Lovely village and nice cottage but could do with some TLC and Modernisation

Excellent location in a very nice relaxing village. Good parking spot right next to the house and a small shop located a 5 minute walk away. (Up a hill on way back). The house as very clean and had most things you would need for your stay. Lovely flowers and a box of lindor as well a nice red wine on arrival was very thoughtful. Great just just getting a bit tired and needs a bit of TLC

Overall this is a fantastic place to stay that could be upgraded with the following to make it a must visit destination for couples and families looking for a retreat as some of the furniture is past its best and not comfortable. The WIFI does not reach the back bedroom - Solution is to install an access point in the hallway. Bedroom in master - Mattress rolls you into the centre and is not above the rim of the bed frame. - Needs new 30cm minimum thick mattress as its a bit tired. Living room - The couch is quite frankly an uncomfortable place to sit. This needs replaced. The two ikea chairs make up for it for two people. Kitchen - No washing powder / liquid had to buy it. Half spoon sugar provided (thats half sweetner yuk)and coffee that only works with filter. I don't expect luxury but the basics would be great. Some instant coffee / A welcome pint of milk and some real sugar could be provided instead of the wine if cost an issue. The lighting really could do with some new LED bulbs its very dark especially the bathroom.

Good standard of cottage near to some nice attractions.

Spacious bedrooms and sitting room and great to have a wee area out the back to sit out in.

Really need some stronger lightbulbs/improved lighting inside. Too gloomy in the evenings to read a book.

Cottage requires either the name adding to it or for road number/house number adding to the instructions. Everything else was fine.
