Horrible but bed was fine

The property is descently located

Very very very filthy l, blackmold in the shower healthcode violation. Bathtowels were smelly and bleached alot of black dust

Clean, and bed was comfortable.

First I was called immediately after booking that I couldn’t check-in until 21:00 - i.e. 3 hours later. As I had been driving for 10 hours that was not an option, and I could’t cancel via booking either. It was rather difficult to understand the person calling, but eventually they managed to organise it so I could pick up the room key upon arrival. Unfortunately things did not really get better. Heating in the bathroom didn’t work, only 1 powersocket for the reading light + kettle + phone charger. No breakfast available the next morning either - in fact there was no one there .

Extremely poorly managed. Prepare to not be able to check-in and be locked out of your room.

No check-in staff. Had to telephone various numbers and wait 30 mins before someone attended to us. They did not even apologise until asked. When I returned from our night out at 1:45am, the key was not working so I was locked out of my room. I then had to telephone various numbers again as the hotel was totally unstaffed. Someone thankfully answered and came to let me into my room. The room was clean but the hotel was very basic, and extremely poorly managed. It was definitely a rip-off and should not be charging £125 per night.

Clean and well located hotel

Comfortable and well located hotel. We had air conditioning in our room which was ideal during the heatwave. Everything was clean and worked as it should. Helpful staff. A fridge was provided in the foyer and was handy for keeping drinks cold

There is no breakfast provided and there aren't many cafes nearby to buy any. Local bakeries were closed on Bank Holiday

The rooms were pretty spacious. Lots of windows and natural light. Quite hallways. Large bathroom with good lighting. Lots of closet space.

When we arrived the door was closed and we couldn't get in. After ringing the bell and looking around the owner opened the door for us. I suggest letting your arrival time be known ahead. The room we got put in wasn't properly cleaned. Even the booking confirmation of the previous tenant was there. When we complained the owner was very apologetic and gave us another room that was properly cleaned. The cleaning person left a few days before and apparently didn't clean properly the last few days. These things do happen and it was quickly remedied.

Er was GEEN ONTBIJT, geen restaurant wat wel genoemd wordt bij Booking.com.

Er was niemand bij de balie bij inchecken. Duurde lang voor er iemand kwam. Geen zeep voor handen (werd wel beloofd na bellen), ook geen douche zeep. Geen flesje water, Geen koffie op kamer. restaurant dicht, dus geen ontbijt.

De kamer was nier proper (haren op de grond, spiegel die vies was, etc) - op de website stond dat er ontbijt was, ‘s ochtends was er niks - er was niemand van het personeel aanwezig, bij navraag via bericht, kregen we antwoord de volgende dag toen we al thuis waren - er stond een nespresso apparaat, maar zonder padjes - de douchegel was op - ik vond de kamer duur in verhouding tot wat je kreeg

Ligging vlak bij het te bezoeken bedrijf .

Voor de overnachting boekte en betaalde ik volgende kamer : Deluxe Studio met Kingsize Bed . Bij aankomst was de receptie verlaten en moest ik na telefonisch contact een omslag met badge van het onthaaltoogje nemen . De badge bleek voor kamer 204 . Een standaardkamer !!! Vermits niemand aanwezig was kon ik ter plaatse geen bezwaar maken . Als consultant moet ik regelmatig in Temse overnachten . Dat zal voortaan niet meer in jullie hotel zijn ...

Ik heb nooit geen ontbijt kunnen bestellen . Er was niemand.

Hygiëne zeer slech. Er is niemand. Je kan contact op nemen via een telefoonnummer alleen daar wordt niet opgenomen. Ontbijt bestellen niet mogelijk omdat er niemand is.

De ligging

We verbleven met verschillende familie leden in 3 kamers. Er was nooit personeel aanwezig. Handdoeken werden geen enkele keer vernieuwd tijdens een verblijf van 4 nachten. Er ontbrak wc papier maar we konden geen nieuw vragen omdat er nooit personeel te zien was in het hotel! Er moet ook dringend eens goed gepoetst worden onder de bedden! Er wordt geen ontbijt geserveerd.
