    AYA is a ski in-out resort, with in house spa and onsen, and a lot of room combinations for different family size. Breakfast is available and location is superb, just right at the first lift. Highly recommended.

    Aya Niseko is an exceptional place to stay, combining luxury, comfort, and breathtaking natural beauty. From the living room’s floor-to-ceiling windows, we enjoyed a stunning sunset view of Mount Yotei, which felt truly magical and unforgettable. The apartment is spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, with thoughtful details that make you feel at home the moment you step in. The large windows not only bring in plenty of natural light but also frame the scenery like a painting throughout the day. The location is perfect, peaceful yet convenient, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring Niseko. Everything was clean, well maintained, and of high quality. Aya Niseko is ideal for families or couples looking for a quiet, scenic, and premium stay. Highly recommended, and we would love to come back again.
