Villa Mediterraneo offers an exceptional stay with its prime Komarna location, beautiful garden, fun

Honestly, our time at Villa Mediterraneo was just fantastic. I really do think it's the absolute best spot in Komarna, no question. We completely fell in love with the garden – those olive and fig trees are just beautiful, and having the sun shades and loungers right there made relaxing so easy. You know, you really don't need much else; just bring your sun tan lotion and a towel, and you're good to go. The sea is literally just a few steps away, which is incredibly convenient. This was actually our second visit, and I have to say, it was every bit as wonderful as the first. We're already making plans to come back next year, or maybe even squeeze in another trip this year if we can manage it! The apartment itself isn't huge, but it's designed so smartly – incredibly functional. The kitchenette, for example, might be small, but it truly has everything you could possibly need: all the utensils, pots, and pans. And the balcony, while quite small (really just enough for two), offers the most breathtaking view of the Pelješac bridge. It was honestly the perfect backdrop for our romantic dinners, making those evenings feel really special. Plus, the room and everything else was just spotless. Seriously, impeccably clean.

If I had to nitpick, perhaps a warmer, more yellow tone for some of the light bulbs would be nice.

I'll be back :)

The owner, Stipe, is first and foremost a superb host. Kind and professional, always at your service, truly an example of how this job should be done. His house and private beach is a perfect place for true relaxation. Fig tree, olives, lemon tree, flowers, sunbeds, sounds, smells... You can choose sunny place or shady place... Simply, you have to try it. If you need a rest, tranquility and relaxation - this is your perfect spot. I've really enjoyed and can't wait to come back. :-)

I will write this only because I need to mention something which is not so perfect, but it's a detail and I enjoyed it in these circumstances as well. Some of the dishes are pretty old and it could be changed. Also, one more bigger pot would be perfect. ;)

Superb

I came with my girlfriend for a short vacation and I must admit that the stay met all our expectations. Stipe - the host is very friendly and helpful. He speaks English and will help you with all matters during your stay. The studio we rented was clean and properly equipped. I think recently refreshed. Working AC inside. Wifi working correctly. The apartment is perfectly located - with a straight entrance to the sea. It's great to be able to swim both in the morning and at sunset. Two beaches nearby: one in the "center" (approx. 200m), the other with a view of the bridge - no further than 500m. On the second one - a nice beach bar with snacks and drinks. The village is small, two restaurants, one shop. The perfect place to relax. I definitely recommend it!

The only thing I could complain about was the sunbeds on the terraces in front of the apartment. They were notoriously occupied by people, despite the fact that they were not there. Their towels lay there all day. It is not entirely the fault of the host, as he made it clear that there are no reservations, but rather people who are unable to share. We had our own private ones, so it didn't concern me directly.

Świetna lokalizacja przy samym morzu. Genialny widok z tarasu, a pod tarasem cudowny ogród oliwny z leżakami. Świetne miejsce żeby odpocząć od zgiełku miasta i zgiełku. Prywatna plaża poniżej apartamentu a kilka minut dalej plaża miejska. Dobre miejsce na wycieczki do Korculi, Dubrownika, Mostaru czy Splitu wszystkie te miejsca oddalone około godzinę jazdy samochodem. My mieliśmy apartament dwupoziomowy z tarasem i balkonem z dwie łazienki każda na jednym poziomi.

Brak grilla. Przynajmniej przy apartamencie nie znaleźliśmy nigdzie grilla.

Družinski dopust

Namestitev je direktno ob morju. Otroci so uživali v skakanju v vodo (tudi ponoči). Plaža je super, saj ima namestitev ležalnike in dovolj sence, ter tudi sonca v kolikor vam je ta všeč. Lokacijo je bilo lahko najti, parkirnih mest je bilo dovolj. Gostitelj je super.

Pomivalni stroj je bil neuporaben, ker je bil zamaščen.

Ein Ort mit hervorragender Lage, direkt am Wasser. Privater Zugang zum Meer. Die Terrasse mit kostenlosen Sonnenliegen und Duschen, unter Oliven- und Feigenbäumen. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Das Meer ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Der Besitzer Stipe ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Safe im Zimmer wäre sinnvoll. Die Lage ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Posizione perfetta per una vacanza rilassante con la famiglia. Il mare è a pochissimi metri dall'appartamento. Il paesino ha un minimarket, un bar e dei ristoranti. Gente accogliente. I bambini possono girare tranquillamente da soli.
