Mobile Homes & Bungalows Ljutić

The cleaning staff was very nice and did their job well in taking out the trash and providing us with clean towels and linens. We had 3 houses so we all have a different experience. 2 out of 3 of the houses were good.

Me and my partner stayed in "Bungalov 2" which is right next to where the owner of the camp lives, she has 2 large dogs that freely roam around. Every single day (we stayed for 10 days) there was a pile of dog excrements right next to our bungalov. This made having breakfast outside impossible due to the smell and sight of dog feces. Furthermore, the furniture was poorly installed, you have to pull hard to open up a drawer because they are stuck there. Pretty house but very impractical.

The property is super clean and has everything we needed plus it is near the beach.

New, comfy, shade throughout the day.

No freezer, small fridge, cooking stove was dirty.

We had an amazing stay in the mobile home! The place was spotless, modern, and very well maintained. It’s located just a short walk from the beach, yet peaceful and quiet — perfect for relaxing. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Having the car parked right next to the home was super convenient. Everything felt fresh and new, and the whole area is calm and serene. Truly a top-notch accommodation — we absolutely recommend it and would love to come back!

It was our first stay at the mobile housing/campsite and we were pleasantly impressed with how great it was. beautiful home - perfect for two people all appliances were new and the house is fully furnished with the nicest things Beds and couches are extremely comfortable (one of the best ones i ever tried - or maybe overall atmosphere makes it better) Walls seem to be very much noise cancelling, even with a bigger storm it was not that noticeable The location is perfect - there is a market nearby, beach is one minute away and you have some privacy, even though there is some crowd usually

I recently had a long stay (14nights) at this vacation camp and found several positive aspects. The camp was very clean, which made for a pleasant stay. It's an ideal place for a brief getaway, and there's a small wild pebble beach nearby that adds to the charm (other bigger beaches are between 5-25min walk==> depending which one you prefer) The staff, though absolutely not proactive, were friendly and quick to respond when we had queries or requests. During our two-week stay, we had to inquire about facilities like linen changes, and they promptly arranged it.

However, there were a few areas that could be improved. Despite being there for two weeks and paying a premium price, the additional cost for extending the stay for 1 person on the last day until 5 pm was just a regular nightly rate of that moment (200 euro) despite a couple of mobile homes were free. It would have been more customer-oriented to offer a discount or provide alternative options for those extra hours. At the end of our stay they staff did not seemed interested nor asked about our experience/feedback. The main downside was the cost-to-service ratio for longer stays. The camp lacked facilities and services that justified its high price. There was only one working washing machine for the entire camp, and without time indications, it was inconvenient for users to check for availability. Additionally, charging for the use of the washing machine was unexpected given the already high nightly rate for the mobile homes in the 'luxe' category. (tip: you can buy a coin for 5 euro at the reception that gives you 3 hours washing time time, google the length of the washing programs of the model and see how many washes you can run 😃- thabk you cleaning lady for explaining properly) The water pressure in the 2 bathrooms was consistently poor, especially when both were in use, and using warm water simultaneously was a challenge. The camp's space was suitable for families of up to four or five, but for six persons, it felt a bit cramped. The view was basic, looking into neighboring mobile homes and caravans, which wasn't visually appealing. In summary, while the camp had its positives like cleanliness and proximity to the beach, the price-to-value ratio for longer stays, limited facilities, and certain inconveniences were notable downsides. For SHORT stays up to 4/5 days I definitely recommend but for longer stays and with more than 4 people- not so much.

Everything was new and clean. We were five persons, so we were very happy that we had two bedrooms.

It would be good if we have had some coffee capsules for first aid!🙂

Very new house, great fit for 4 people in a good weather. The patio is perfect, great addition to the space.

The house becomes very warm. There is air condition in the living room, therefor the room doors can’t be closed for privacy. It’s a little inconvenence.
