L'appartamento è molto carino, la posizione ottima! Attraversando la strada si arriva in spiaggia!

Ci sono diverse cose che l'host dovrebbe mettere a posto: il bagno, la doccia ha una vecchissima tenda al posto del box, fare la doccia è complicato sia per la mancanza del box e la scomodità della tenda, sia perchè ad ogni doccia il bagno si allaga. Il mobiletto sopra al lavandino è vecchio e rotto. Anche la cucina è datata, andrebbe cambiata. Siamo stati inoltre invasi dalle formiche, la casa è al piano terra e dà sul giardino, per cui immagino che sia difficile contenerle, ma erano davvero tante. La lavatrice non c'è, è ben segnalato sull'annuncio che non è disponibile, per cui ne eravamo al corrente, ma andrebbe messa.

Perfect location. Easy to get to the beach and restaurants

The bathroom needs updating. The shower is very uncomfortable and the curtain pole kept falling. The bathroom cabinet is broken and needs replacing. The area at the back of the property would look so much nicer if it was maintained and not used as a rubbish dumping area. The grass looks like it hasn’t been cut this year and there was a random car parked there overnight.

The size the functionality and the local charm. It’s really spacious and well equipped. Washing machine works well, fantastic view, nice mattress. With three kids have a comfortable set up is essential. Foteini was very helpful and reactive and even found us a babysitter who took care of our kids of a date night. So nice.

Some of the furniture is becoming worn - closets, bed frame / not that many lamps. But it’s easy fixing.

The location was great. Beach in front of the building. Everything is nearby. (Stores, restaurants, etc) Own umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach. Small, but well equipped kitchen. Back terrace and garden was really useful with a toddler.

The building has no signs, it's difficult to find. The picture of the seaview and front terrace is quite misleading. If you stand in the right spot, you can see a bit of the sea, and the apartment did not have a terrace with sea view. It was the neighboring apartment's terrace and table on the picture. The apartment was cold and dark. This could be an advantage in the middle of summer, but not in May. The air conditioners were beaten up and one had a very bad smell. The shower is small and the shower curtain will stick to your body. The beds were uncomfortable.
