Kaya Sea Studios - Stegna Beach

Die Lage der Wohnung ist hier entscheidend gewesen. Perfekt für uns da direkt am Meer mit einem schönem Strand und dazugehörigen Strandliegen, dazu noch mit mehreren Tavernas und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Wohnung hat viel Platz ist die Küche ist auch ziemlich gut ausgestattet.

Es sind hier und da kleinere Sachen gewesen, welche verbessert werden können/sollen. Dies haben wir direkt dem Besitzer respektive der für uns zuständigen Kollegin(oder Mitarbeiterin) von ihm mitgeteilt. Insbesondere sind die Leitungen im Bad wahrscheinlich schon älter, daher wurde es recht schnell nass im Bad wenn man geduscht hat - das Wasser kam dabei aus dem Loch wo es eigentlich reinfliessen sollte. Es wurde ein wenig besser nachdem jemand die Leitung vom Sand/Haaren etc. befreit hat (ich weiss nicht ob das regelmässig auch vorher gemacht wurde oder nicht), aber das Problem war damit nicht wirklich ganz gelöst und es wurde trotzdem immer wieder nass. Da müsste man vielleicht grundsätzlich schauen was man machen kann, dass die Leitungen besser funktionieren.

Posizione eccellente di fronte alla spiaggia. Servizio spiaggia incluso. Cambio lenzuola/asciugamani. Proprietari discreti, gentili e molto disponibili (abbiamo trovato detersivi, spugnette e durante il soggiorno ci hanno omaggiato di un dolce tipico), ci hanno anche concesso la possibilità di late check out. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo rispetto alle altre strutture in zona.

Bisogna migliorare la dotazione pentolame. La doccia inizialmente si allagava velocemente poi abbiamo risolto ma bisognerebbe mettere una cabina al posto della tendina. Migliorare il servizio Wi-Fi che a volte saltava.

We arrived very late, almost at midnight. With nothing to drink and no breakfast. There was a pack of waterbottles and cakes waiting for us in the fridge. Umbrella and sunbeds are at the beach, you need just 2 mattresses that are on the terrace.

The location was great. Beach in front of the building. Everything is nearby. (Stores, restaurants, etc) Own umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach. Small, but well equipped kitchen. Back terrace and garden was really useful with a toddler.

The building has no signs, it's difficult to find. The picture of the seaview and front terrace is quite misleading. If you stand in the right spot, you can see a bit of the sea, and the apartment did not have a terrace with sea view. It was the neighboring apartment's terrace and table on the picture. The apartment was cold and dark. This could be an advantage in the middle of summer, but not in May. The air conditioners were beaten up and one had a very bad smell. The shower is small and the shower curtain will stick to your body. The beds were uncomfortable.
