This is a fantastic place to stay, we loved it.
We stayed in Oct/Nov so a bit cold at night but still great. The restaurant closes in October so you need to eat elsewhere but they have a lounge and place where you can have a drink and relax. Breakfast was great.
Not many food places near by.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit tollen Aussenräumen und Blick auf das Castel del Monte. Das Zimmer war gross und mit Küchenzeile, Wasser, Tee und Pflegeprodukten bestens ausgestattet. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und das Frühstück war fabelhaft.

Pretty location, near to Castel del Monte. We enjoyed walking around the area. The kitchenette was great, had everything you needed to cook. The staff were really accommodating with my food requirements at breakfast (I’m celiac).
I don’t think this property should allow dogs - we brought ours, and we were unaware that there are a lot of farm dogs on the property that don’t like other dogs. Whenever we walked ours, the other dogs constantly barked/growled and tried to come up to us - didn’t seem like they liked another dog being there. Someone held the other dogs back at one point. Nothing happened but we ended up driving our dog elsewhere to walk her which was frustrating.
Also, we were in the family room with kitchenette, and the air conditioning was awful. Ended up asking for a fan (which the owners provided - thank you!) but there really needs to be better air conditioning. It was extremely hot outside and the room was uncomfortably warm. The bed was the hardest bed we’ve ever slept on and the pillows were also hard. We woke up pretty sore. This place needs a few upgrades to make it more comfortable.
