Muy buena ubicación y el personal atento.
No funcionaba el ascensor pero nos ayudaron con el equipaje. Fue un poco lioso encontrarlo y la habitación es un poco antigua.

Great position right in the middle of Montepulciano. The lady at reception is awesome! The room has lot space for one. Also the restaurant down stairs had excellent service and I was very happy when they talked Italian to me - not trying to talk English 😊
Only one coffee sacket for 5 days and even when I put a note to the table, I did not receive more 🙁 BUT the last day, I met one person (cleaner ?) accidentally in the coffee shop near by and he bought me a coffee ❤️ what an excellent service - I should not complain about anything 😊

Non ci è stato comunicato che era possibile parcheggiare l’auto nel vostro parcheggio fornendo la targa. Questa informazione avrebbe dovuto essere comunicata prima del check-in, poiché non era indicata da nessuna parte. E una volta arrivati non ci è stato comunicato prima che dovevamo andare ad un altro civico per effettuare il check in m, e poi andare dall’altra parte dove c’era la nostra camera
