Mieszkanie jest wydzieloną częścią domu jednorodzinnego z prywatnym wejściem i mini-tarasem. Zapewnione są czyste ręczniki i czysta pościel. Samo miejsce też jest dość czyste.
Mieszkanie zlokalizowane jest na obrzeżach Kutnej Hory. Plusem jest dyspozycyjność i kontaktowość gospodarza. Brakuje kuchenki czy choćby prostego palnika, żeby podgrzać podstawowe jedzenie. Materace są bardzo twarde, ale wiadomo, że to jest kwestia preferencji. W mieszkaniu było sporo pajęczyn i pająków, może to jest urok mieszkania poza miastem, ale mogłoby być czyściej. Ogólnie atmosfera i wystrój to klimat bardzo starego domu pełnego dziwnych mebli i ozdób w stylu antykwariatu czy pchlego targu.
