If you're looking for a place that feels like home away from home, this modern apartment certainly fits the bill. The space is impeccably clean and well-maintained, with modern furnishings in Italian style and a cozy atmosphere that makes it easy to settle in. I liked the modern light system with controllers in each room and under the beds. You can also use Itallian coffee Illy en water machines in this apartment☕️ It's free, amazing! This morden apartment is located in a very peaceful area near the beach, offering convenient access to nearby shops, restaurants and public transportation. The owner is genuinely welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with any queries or needs. His attention to detail and dedication to providing a comfortable stay are evident in every aspect of the apartment. From nice tips to quick responses to any requests, the owner truly goes above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible😁

Really nice stay and most kind owner!

The location is perfect. The Beach, supermarket and restaurants are all really close by. The two bedrooms are comfortable and just renovated. There is also a nice balcony with sun in the afternoon. The owner was really kind and helped us out with everything. He responded very quickly and also send us lots of tips. He even connected us with a friend of his who taxi’s during summer. Really appreciated that!

The kitchen left some things desired. For example there is no oven or dishwasher. This wouldn’t have to be a problem if there was a sponge or dishwasher brush to clean and towels to dry the dishes. Some pans were not properly clean when we first used them. Also some cutlery was a bit sticky. The bathroom is just renovated but missed a standard to put the shower head and we also missed a towel for the floor. This meant after showering the whole bathroom was wet. Due to the white floor it turned dirty very quickly. We also missed a large mirror (3 girls and no mirror could be hard ;) ). These are all just some tips for the owner to make the stay even better!

Apartman is in a perfect location on quiet place but close to the beach (3 minutes walk) and close to center (4 minutes walk). Pirovac is nice small city, a lot of nice beaches are in surroundings 15 minutes by car.

Some accessories needs repair. Uncomfortably soft double bed in one of bedrooms.

Charming apartment in the perfect loacation!

Beautifully decorated apartment with great details. Location of the apartment is excellent because it is near to the city centre, to the beach and to the local boat marina. The first supermarket and coffee bars are also incredibly close to the apartment. The rooms are very spacious, the bed is comfortable and most importantly everything was perfectly clean. The balcony is quite large and suitable for dinner time. Coffee maker and water dispenser are a big plus!!! The owner was very helpful and he gave me interesting recommendations for excursions in the area. I would definitely stay again!

The pure Mediterranean experience in Pirovac!

Everything was lovely. The apartment was incredibly beautiful and it has the wow factor as soon as you walk in! Staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. Rooms were very spacious, extremely clean and the location was uniquely great. The apartment is strategically located quite close to the beach with other bars and restaurants a short walk away. The first supermarkets, coffee bars and the city centre were also incredibly close. The taste of the real Italian coffee experience in the morning boosts my overall impression. I would definitely go again!

Clean, tidy and well equiped.

Near to the city centre and the beach. Easy direct contact with the owner (we used Viber) and the owner is very helpful. Very flexible, we arrived late at night and keys were put in a secret place for us to receive them. However we had some trouble with wrong keys but soon we could get into the apartman. It was very relaxing that we could contact to the owner easily and fast. We loved both the accomodation and the city.

Stan je u centru Pirovca, stotinjak metara od plaže i baš blizu svih potrebnih lokacija, dućana i kafića tako da nam je sve što smo poželjeli bilo nadohvat ruke. Uređenje je fantastično, sve je novo, od kupaonice do spavaćih soba koje su baš bile uredne. Ovaj apartman definitivno zaslužuje našu preporuku. I domaćin je fantastičan, lako smo se dogovorili oko boravka. Baš smo uživali i vidimo se opet!

Rekonštruovaný apartmán.

Nedokončená rekonštrukcia. Pleseň v mraziacom boxe. Chybali na loggii stoličky a stôl. Na loggii bol sklad dlažby a naradie robotníkov. Obsadene šuflíky v nočných stolíkoch. Smradlave dosky na krajanie v šuflikoch v kuchynke. Hrdzave naradie v kuchyni. Zoznam vybavenia na booking.com nezodpovedal realite. Ak sa zapla voda v kupelke (wc) hluk až v izbe. Elektrické dráty zo steny v kuchyni a na loggii. Špinavé sedáky na stoličke v kuchyni. Chýbali na noc závesy...

Apartmán je vhodný pre max. 4 osoby. Po dokončení rekonštrukcie bude určite pekný, ale to sme my bohužiaľ nevideli.

Veľmi blízko k moru - 3 minúty, aj do centra mestečka. Nová kúpeľňa.

V apartmáne nebola dokončená rekonštrukcia - diery v stene namiesto zásuviek v spálni, káble trčiace zo steny v kuchyni, stavebný materiál odložený v spálni a na balkóne, veľmi malý sušiak na prádlo. Iba dvojplatnička na varenie.
