Nicely furnished, comfortable, good wifi.
No parking, kitchen could be stocked with better essentials. Washing up liquid/cooking utensils.

The apartment is spacious. The kitchen is fairly equipped and the washing machine was a bonus. Cleaning is Fridays when towels and bedding are changed.
The apartments are basic and in need of renovation. The carpets require a deep clean. Parking is quite an issue around the area, which looks worse that what it was. This place is ideal for a cheap apartment with student style living.
