It was nice & clean, most things in the kitchen was enough for what we needed, We had to go to Windermere, which was a short drive,

A very comfortable apartment.

Only negative was no plug for kitchen sink which made washing up rather awkward!

It was fine, good pub (Devonshire) around the corner

I used the apartment as a cheap alternative to staying in the Lake District, so an hour+ drive in everyday (my choice as travelling solo)

The Apartment is a bit warn out, the wood work needs to be updated, parking could be a pain, pigeons living between the shower and the wall of the bathroom, didn’t see anyone to report this

Nothing! advertises parking which isn't the case. We received 2 parking tickets due to this. Costing £75. Room was basic, reasonably clean but overall experience was rubbish. No signal or WiFi which was also advertised. Would not return. False advertisements overall.

We had a brilliant holiday. Cannot fault the apartment, apart from very minor things with wall paper coming off the ceiling.. But it certainly didn't spoil our holiday. The apartment was absolutely spotless. Very white ironed, crisp clean bed linen, towels and tea towel. It was very comfortable. Ample storage. We washed the towels and tea towel that we used and I vacuumed before we left. The surrounding areas unfortunately let's it down, as it's quite rundown, but that's council that needs to invest in such lovely buildings in doing them up. Fixing steps and doorways and clearing the area of rubbish. It has the potential of being a beautiful area to stop. We had a great time at the apartment. Definitely will recommend it. Thank you for an enjoyable week. 😁

Just the actual area really, it needs investing in. It has the potential of being beautiful if it was cleared of rubbish on the streets and roads, hand piled outside houses and apartments, not ours but others in the area. Just needs money plowing into the area.

I got told I could park outside the property free, but I got parking ticket for doing this…. was told by person on phone it’s only 2 hours…. so why tell me it’s free… and why would I leave my car in car park

Everything, spacious apartment, clean and tidy

Parking!!!! None available unless you have a resident permit. Had to park 10 mins walk away because on site, everywhere not allowed to park 9am-6pm.... £70 a night, no brekky, no parking, on an industrial estate! OK, if you don't mind being in the middle of nowhere, in a built up concrete apartment block with contractors who mainly stay there.. and only have hand luggage as a suitcase is a long way to drag from parking area 10 mins walk away ..
