Központi helyen van, szép környezetben. A szálláshely tiszta, tágas, felújított, az ágy kényelmes. Közel van élelmiszerüzlet és étterem is.
A szálláson derült ki, (a hirdetésből nehezen kivehető), hogy nem önálló apartman, hanem egy családi ház tulajjal (aki egyébként ott lakik) közös használatú télikertjéből nyílik a lakrész/apartman. Az apartmanban nincs hűtő és mikró, ez a télikertben található, nem komfortos kimászkálni. Légkondicionáló van, aminek a távirányítója nem állt rendelkezésre, bár ottlétünkkor szerencsére nem volt szükség a használatára. Az udvar szép zöld, ami részben a reggel 6 órai ablak alatti locsolásnak is köszönhető.
