Fantastic Location right on a water and staff.. ladies at the bar were lovely

Not worth the money!!!! For 2 days we payed 1500PLN and we were very disappointed...prices are European but standards are not!!! Fan covered in dead flies, pan with leftover food, Not even a wine glasses, very bare minimum with just a few plates and few glasses!!!! Lock fall off the main bedroom door, very small TV, NO AVAILABLE WIFI!!!cheap covers and 1 single cheap pillow no towels NO TOILETRIES just cheap leaquid soap..spacious bathroom advertised..IT IS NOT!! TINY SHOWER AND NO BIG BATH .. all cheap IKEA ...tennis court not deweeded except 1, 1 water bike. After I brought all of that to the attention of the staff and requested financial restitution as I consider this place HALF OF THE MONEY WORTH.. LADY (she was absolutely lovely and I was sorry for her as I could tell this was not THE first time) agreed with me and we were offered a dinner by management....I'm sorry but it's a bad way to earn money....advertise a high standard and not deliver and when complaint happens offer a dinner which cost them 15 PLN...YET 1500 IS POCKETED.. I will never go back there as this business practices are repelling to me...which is a pity as location was amazing and staff was lovely. AGAIN STOP FALSE ADVERTISING FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!!! ADJUST UR ADD AND UPDATE YOUR INFO AND PICTURES AND DROP THE PRICES AS YOU ARE SEVERLY OVERPRICED FOR WHAT YOU ARE OFFERING
