Mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. Shower clogged, water was almost over flowing, they did come out to fix after numerous messages. Could use some fresh paint.

The property was comfortable, spacious, and in a great location.

The shower was backed up, so it made showering tricky trying to not flood the bathroom. The wifi info in the online information sheet needs to be updated. My messages to the management went unanswered.

The location was great (despite the road work right on the front door). The flat looked nice and had everything you need for a short stay.

The shower drain was blocked. The Wi-Fi was lagging. One of the control remote for the TVs was not working. Bring your Fire stick or Chromecast with you as the smart functions on the TV all need credentials. The plug in the bedroom was either too far from TV or second bedside lamp..... What I liked the least was the asking for holding deposit before my arrival, which was not specified on the policy when I booked. It is really worrying following a link on the phone nowadays, and did not enjoy this aspect. I also was a bit disappointed when I did not get a response when raised the problem of the drain. We could not have showers as a results!
