A hidden gem in a secret valley right next to Logarska. Authentic experience without tourist crowds.

Amazing location and value for money

Amazing historic guest house, very clean, convenient and pleasant. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, all of our needs and more were accommodated instantly. Definitely recommended for nature lovers. Breakfast and dinner at a very reasonable price.

Perfect spot to visit Logar Valley!

This place is located in a scenic area! Staff is very kind and they provide good recommendations on what to do in the area. They offer good dinner and breakfast options but keep in mind those are not included in the price. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a relax and authentic place to stay.

Rooms are a bit small compared to the pictures online - hard to put two luggages in the room.

Excellent! The most wonderful stay in nature.

The house is located very close to Logarska Valley but in a very quiet and pristine nature. When we woke up we were welcomed by the most beautiful view of the mountains and the sound of cows grazing grass. Breakfast was delicious, with home made delicacies. The family running the house is friendly and nade us feel at home. We will definitely return.

Awesome place!

The location is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the hospitality is exceptional. We arrived late in the evening and didn’t get a chance to eat. The owner insisted that we will not go to bed hungry and warmed up some dinner just for us. The food is truly farm-to-table good and we enjoyed every bite.

Peaceful homely farm stay. A great example of Slovenian hospitality.

We arrived at the accommodation before the check in time and the hosts were kind enough to prioritise preparing our room so that we could enter early . We appreciated this. We loved the farm environment and found it very peaceful. The family who run the farm were very pleasant and the food both at breakfast and at the evening meal was delicious and gave us an excellent feel for Slovenian food. The room itself was comfortable and clean and had a nice little deck on which we could sit.

It was magical! So peaceful and beautiful. The food was exceptional and the hosts were so kind and accommodating. There here were multiple hikes in the area and plenty of amazing views. This place has been operating for 400 years while the farm just up the road has been around for 800 years.

Wonderful farmstay! Incredible food and location

Our stay was wonderful! We especially loved the dinners- the food was exceptional and with generous portions! We loved trying some traditional Slovenian food and food from the farm. This is also a nice place for a family and our family of 4 fit comfortably in 1 room. Location in Robenov Kot was stunning and a great base for exploring the other valleys in the area also.

We would've loved more of an introduction to the farm and facilities upon arrival. The staff was lovely but seemed a bit overwhelmed at times.

Lovely view

It's set in a stunning location, and the staff were very helpful friendly and welcoming. We had dinner one evening, and this was really fantastic, highly recommended.

The room was very hot with no fan, though I realise we had fairly unusual weather for slovenia, but the balcony was shared so we couldn't really use it as our neighbours were on it regularly. We couldn't even really leave the balcony door open for this reason. So we would reccommend some sort of divider. The room was nice, but really quite small, and had two huge chairs which were always in the way 😀 We could hear our neighbours moving them around a lot as well! It'd a stunning place, and we would stay again, but I just mention these things as they could be easily remedied I think

The rustic accommodation was charming and peaceful – a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Anyone who loves tranquility and nature should absolutely visit this place – it’s a true retreat for the soul. The surrounding nature is stunning and so abundant that I’ll definitely have to come back to explore.

An incredible experience in magnificent setting in heart of Julian Alps. Family run with warm hospitality. Greeted with local blueberry liqueur served on terrace overlooking meadow and waterfall. Room very comfortable and large with balcony overlooking property. You MUST have dinner there— everything is farm to table served with an assortment of classic Slovenian dishes which allows you to try all the highlights of home cooked Slovenian dinner. Wine available then a totally restful, peaceful night’s sleep.

Nestled in a breathtaking natural setting, the farm offers not only stunning views and peaceful surroundings, but also access to wonderful hiking trails that allow you to truly connect with the landscape. The food was outstanding—everything made with fresh, seasonal ingredients straight from the farm. You can taste the care and tradition in every bite. The hospitality was warm and genuine, making the entire experience feel both authentic and unforgettable. It’s the best of Slovenia on a plate and in the air—pure, simple, and beautiful. A must on any visit to the country. We’re already hoping to return for a longer stay!

Arson location with room facing snow mountain, clean and spacious with balcony and seating area.

1) the room is just a plain room, nothing in there, no coffee machine, neither kettle for boiling water. 2) one piece shower room often gets clogged.

Our experience with Govc-vrsnik was exceptional! Our room was beautiful, and exactly as described. Stunning views of the Alps from our balcony, comfortable bed and quiet and peaceful surroundings made this a haven to rest and relax in. Nina and her whole family are so warm and friendly. They were so patient with our questions and helpful when asked for suggested sites to visit. The traditional Slovenian four course dinner prepared for us was outstanding! It is everything described - and more!

Perfect place to experience the Slovenian mountains away from the Triglav area.

Great place to explore Rabanov Kot, Logarska Dolina, Matov Kot and the Panorama Cesta. Marjana and her daughter in law made me feel at home. traditional mountain style. Loved every minute
