Todo, en especial el personal del hotel te hacen sentir que no eres un huésped más. La hospitalidad de todos es difícil de encontrar en otro lugar. Limpieza 10/10 Atención 10/10 Comidas 10/10 En general fue tan especial como la anterior vez que fuimos. Volveremos a ir definitivamente.

The location is stunning

Remote, lovely pool area with gorgeous views, and easily accessible beach. Enjoyed the breakfast and especially the fresh juices and freshly baked bread of the day.
Some of the rooms are nicer than others, a bit of a drive from Santa Marta but close to Tayrona National Park (although we could not access it due to park closure), and some of the staff were not always helpful and had a bit of attitude
