The apartment was comfortable and located right beside thr Bat Yam beach with all its amenities. The swimming pool was very nice indeed. There was a good laundry service. The owners, Ron and Mira, were extremely welcoming and helpful.
Pool opened at 1200 and closed at 1800.

We catered for our own Breakfast
Location was excellent with beach, restaurants and Pub right across the road
and Supermarket on the ground floor of our building
Firmer pillows on the beds and a thicker curtain in the living room to block the morning light

The location. The beach was infront of the Apartment, it was near Tel Aviv center, and Ben Gurion Airport. Travelled with a rented car from Northern Galilee region to the South(Be‘er Sheba, Mitzpe Ramon, Eilat), to Jerusalem, and Bethlehem (Public Bus), Masada, Dead Sea. We had our base at the Apartment in Bat Yam by Tel Aviv.
A Home away from Home.
Parking lot was no problem. Mira was very helpful. She was always there per SMS.
The weather was still cold.

The fact that the beach was very close and the pool was nice.
It was very warm in the corridor. There was almost everywhere pee smell: the stairs and pool area
