House was clean and as advertised. Spacious for our party of 9. Only issue was that the bedroom closets lacked hangers and shelving so no place for clothes or suitcases except for the floor.

Worked great for us. The house had a great gathering space for eating and playing cards. Short Uber ride to downtown. We had a great time. We had 9 people but this house would accommodate a few more comfortably. Very nice!

This was one of the few spots that I found to accommodate a larger group, pets and offered main floor living space & bedroom. I was initially a bit concerned with the transitional neighborhood, but I never felt unsafe. The house is beautiful and spacious. The owners have gone above and beyond to make it a comfortable place to stay! Ubers to downtown were short and generally $5-$7 each way. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Nashville!

I booked this house for my bachelorette party and stayed here with 12 girls. The house is adorable, super spacious and great for a party! We had a couple of things needing to be resolved and the host had great communication and went above and beyond to rectify the situation so we could fully enjoy our stay. Would definitely recommend this house.
