Viele Stufen zum Haus, sehr mühsam Getränke und Lebensmittel in die Unterkunft zu tragen. Zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß weite Strecke

Die Lage ist ein Traum, das Grundstück ist klasse, die Aussicht ist super und das Häuschen ist in einem sehr ansprechenden Zustand - alles gut. Dass die Garage knapp 100m (und 65 Stufen - das trainiert... ;-) ) entfernt ist, ist zwar ärgerlich, geht aber. Und wenn man von links (der mittleren Garage) aus rein(und raus)fährt - quasi leicht um die Ecke - setzt das Auto auch nicht auf... Ansonsten sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter/Hotel Kamin ... eine absolute Empfehlung

Es hätte Mückengaze zumindest an den Schlafzimmerfenstern sein können ... das hätte vor einigen Unbilden geschützt.

We had to go to a hotel in a nearby city. We were given the wrong garage key at first and had to go back to park the car. That said, the front desk people were lovely, and all was fine after that. The best thing about this place is the view. It's absolutely wonderful. It's also quiet. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is small but has everything you need. There is no AC so it gets really hot during the day -- however, with a fan and the windows open, it was cool. It was very cool for sleeping.

There is a cleaning fee -- I know this is standard now -- which is always odd given that the place for $2100 for a week. That said, guests are still expected to clean, take out trash, do detailed recycling. We did it and it wasn't a major thing. However, I think it would be better business for this to be included in the cleaning fee. In addition, there are very few toiletries and paper products. We bought them, which is fine, and left them there for the next people as one roll of toilet paper is not enough. It's a beautiful place, but as someone who travels all over the world, I think that the place could have been supplied with a few things.

Die Aussicht mit dem Blick auf den Lago Maggiore ist super, das Haus selbst ist auch sehr schon. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, auch genug Geschirr, Gläser etc. .Es war super sauber, alles ist sehr gepflegt und die Treppen zum Haus sind auch kein Problem.

Die zum Haus gehörende Garage war nicht nutzbar, weil davor eine kleine Senke ist und dadurch die Bodenplatte aufsetzt. Da es keine Hauptsaison war, gab es genug freie Parkplätze. In der Hochsaison kann das schwierig werden. Aber das war das einzige kleine Manko.
