Die Schlüsselübergabe war vor Ort. Man konnte eine Zeit angeben und dann stand der Gastgeber bereit. Die Einführung hat ein wenig lange gedauert. Klima-Anlage gab es auch direkt im Zimmer.

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect at this wonderful apartment. The owner's parents live next door and were incredibly friendly and helpful - even making us delicious cakes ! The apartment is so close to the historic centre (5-minute walk to the start of Diocletian's Palace) but is far enough away to be quiet at night and escape the heat of the alleys in the centre. The parking is at the apartment block, is free and very easy to access. The apartment itself is perfect (we are a family of 5 with teenage daughters), with plenty of space and all the facilities you need. A beautiful view from the balcony with space for drying towels/clothes, having a coffee or drink in the evening or closing the doors and cooling off with the air con in the apartment. We would definitely come here again as it is so convenient for everything in the centre. There is also a perfect supermarket (Tommy) within a 2-minute walk. Just perfect for what we were looking for. casi todo. La ubicación era cercana al palacio Dicoclecano. También había supermercados cercanos, y estaba cerca del mercado verde (green market) y de una calle peatonal con puestos de ropa ( en zagrebacka ulica ). La vista muy linda. Tiene estacionamiento cómodo (hay que tener un poco de cuidado al entrar, pero una vez adentro era cómodo). Un departamento totalmente equipado, con elementos de reposición de sobra (papel higiénico, toallas, jabón de lavar ropa). Y palabras especiales merece el anfitrión. Ivo es el anfitrión y vive en el departamento de al lado. Nos esperó en la puerta del estacionamiento al llegar. Nos recibió con una bandeja de frutas excelentes. EL departamento contaba con varios comestibles simples (té, café, aceite, condimentos, azúcar). Ivo también nos dió numerosas explicaciones y recomendaciones sobre qué cosas hacer en Split. Durante nuestra estadía también nos regaló una torta hecha por su esposa, y estaba siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos si hacía falta.

No hay nada malo para comentar. Si tengo que forzar algún comentario en contra, sería solo que era un cuarto piso por escalera. Pero dicha escalera solo la usábamos dos veces al día, por lo que no era un problema.

This apartment is perfect for exploring Split. It's just over a 5 minute walk to the old town. Everything was excellent. The owner was incredibly welcoming and we absolutely loved the watermelon and pancakes. Very clean. Comfy beds. Air conditioning fine. WiFi good. Recommend.

Not much really! The pressure in the shower was a bit weak. Bear in mind there are several flights of stairs to climb.
