People need to know this is a fantastic apartment villa.

The property overall was excellent away from any major roads so very little noise. The pool and terrace were excellent to come back to each afternoon after sight seeing. Wonderful hospitality better than we have had at other rentals.

Being very picky now, a microwave, coffee machine and the air conditioning was not efficient enough for the heat we encountered @ 36 degrees each day and not less than 26 at night.

A Perfect Relaxing Stay.

The studio apartment was as described, the bathroom was large with a shower cubicle and the bedroom has a double bed. The terrace outside the property was shaded and overlooked a small olive tree grove and lovely on a night time to sit and relax after a busy day. It is close to the National Park which is easy to get to on a bicycle or in a car. The pool was perfect, the days we had a poolside day none of the other guests were around and it was our private pool. The pool is well maintained and cleaned every evening after 22:00. The poolside was swept daily and the garden area was pleasant to sit in. A few restaurants close by which were very nice and reasonably priced. A perfect relaxing place to stay.

The kitchen could do with a few extra items, no large serving spoons or corkscrew if you are cooking in the apartment. The apartment is over 1km from Biograd centre and harbour, without a car it is a 30+ minute walk in heat to get there. You need to cross over the main highway which would be difficult with small children. The mosquitos are rather vicious, being close to wetlands and a lake so make sure you have plenty of insect repellent and bite remedies to hand. The beach is shale and pebbles so take something to lie on if not hiring a sunbed.

Great single bed room for a couple. The bed is comfortable, AC works well, satisfactory amenities, big clean pool if you wish to use it, roofed parking spot, friendly host, peaceful location,...

There was nothing I didn't really like about the place, it was practically perfect. The location isn't ideal for people who come to Biograd for the beach since it's 25min away by foot, but there is a convenient parking spot by the beach to which you can drive to.

Alles bestens

Schöne Wohnung mit 2 Balkonen. Sehr schön, alles vorhanden und sauber. Netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Alles bestens. Der Pool sehr sauber und herrlich in der Früh ein paar Runden zu schwimmen

Man braucht definitiv ein Auto auch zum Strand. Aber das weiß man vorher, deswegen eigentlich keine Kritik

Tolle Unterkunft,ruhige Lage

Apartment ist nicht weit weg von der Stadt(5min mit dem Auto Strand Soline oder Pakostane Pine Beach sowie Aquapark 7min Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke Pool war sehr sauber und angenehme Temperatur, Sonne bis spät abends Parkplatz vorhanden (Carport) Apartment ist schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber, Alles ist so wie auf den Bildern Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich wurden super empfangen

Alles war super bis auf eine Kleinigkeit die mir gefehlt hat Beim Kühlschrank gab es keinen Gefrierfach, Konnte meine Kühltasche leider nicht benutzen.
