The young lady receptionist when we checked in was charming and very helpful. The room had a balcony overlooking a quiet stream with views towards the hippodrome (horse racing track). Parking was free on site. It was an easy, level walk into the city centre.
The older lady receptionist/breakfast server was reluctant to refill the breakfast items. We were later than some to eat but well within the allotted times but, when the croissants ran out, she said 20 minutes to provide more. There were very nice local breads but I really wanted a proper french croissant.
