The residence is secured by a gate and digital code at the entrance to the building.
Numbered private parking.
Large 2-bedroom apartment of approximately 60 m² on the 5th floor comprising: entrance hall, shower room (washing machine), separate toilet - 2 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed and storage cupboard, the other with 2 single beds, living/dining room and fitted open-plan kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer... opening onto a beautiful terrace (garden furniture)
The plus: Very well maintained and comfortable.
Location allows you to park your car and do everything on foot! Maillol market, beach...

Optional extras: household linen is not provided but can be booked in advance and collected when you pick up the keys (double bed kit: €12.00/single bed kit: €9.00/towel kit with one large and one small towel: €8.00).
WIFI BOX rental: €39/week.
You will be asked to pay the security deposit for your rental. The link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival.
