We stayed in the upper-level accommodation at Curaçao Gardens with the private plunge pool, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The space itself is beautifully designed—thoughtful layout, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The plunge pool was a perfect escape from the Caribbean heat, and the balcony and back terrace made it easy to enjoy both sun and shade throughout the day. We especially loved the unexpected bonus of a separate dressing room, along with air conditioning in each bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals. The location is ideal—walkable to amazing restaurants, shops, and everything you’d want to explore, while still feeling very safe and easy to navigate. What truly made the stay exceptional was our host, Madelène. She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. When we had a frustrating experience with an external car rental company, she stepped in immediately and helped us secure a reliable rental within minutes. She also provided fantastic local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. Her flexibility and support—especially when we experienced flight delays and travel hiccups—were so appreciated. The cleaning staff came every two days and were friendly, efficient, and thorough, which made the stay feel even more relaxing. Overall, this was outstanding value for money and one of the best stays we’ve had. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend Curaçao Gardens to anyone visiting the island.
