A casa em si, é muito espaçosa, limpa e bem aconchegante.

A casa fica perto de uma praia bem agradável, peroba, tem churrasqueira, uma piscina, 3 quartos, sendo dois suítes, ar condicionado em todos.
Casa precisa de algumas reformas. O tanque está solto, piscina estava suja, rua muito precária, muita areia e lama em alguns locais da rua, a casa é agradável, porém a porta do banheiro de uma suíte está barulhenta, cortina de outra suíte solta, cobertas de solteiro e apenas duas, solicitei ao dono algumas vezes que levasse mais, levou no último dia. Ademais a casa não condiz com a da foto.
