We loved the stay!
Very nice accommodation in a beautiful setting. The owners are super nice. And they offer fresh bread we ordered the day before. Also some home made products - such as apricoat jam. The place is very cozy, in typical Styrian style. The kitchen was fully equipped with all things necessary. We would love to come back again.

We really enjoyed the stay at the farm! Really nice.
I really liked the natural wood in our Dachstein room, which connects you more to the close nature and mountains. The family was fantastic, and we felt like part of that family during our stay. Great breakfast, great location, a lot of stuff that you can do there, and really comfy beds.

One of the best b&b i ever seen
Maria and her family are very welcoming people. The house is vary clean, as well the rooms. Excellent and quiet area. Maria gave us a tour in the family farm and we really enjoyed it. Breakfast was great as well.

Rich, healthy and homemade breakfast..very good for families with children or people who would like staying in a farm and nature.. Friendly accommodate family.. Quite area and near other nearby outdoor activities..

Winter time with family
Family atmosphere, great place for children (lots of animals, playground), delicious breakfast, very nice householders. Very nice room with a detailed guide about the area. We really enjoyed the time spent in Untersulzberghof.

familiar, full comfort farm-house near to city and slopes
The area is fantastic, house is beautiful, very romantic! A big animal farm is there, we could look cows, horses, chicken. Maria is very friendly and helps in anything. The room is big and well-heated. Everything is clean. The house is near to the skiing area (10-12 mins drive to Flachau or Wagrain) and Radstadt center (3 mins dive). Maria serves good coffee, fresh bread and home eggs every morning for breakfast. Being there is very familiar. We could use their big garage, that was very comfortable with wet dresses after skiing. Shoe dryer is available.
We arrived in the dark and heavy rain, it was hard to find the entrance (the address table is in there, and well visible in the light...)
