Spatious apartment, with several things to improve, and unexpected guests to share the pool with!
I spent a week with my two kids, and overall we were satisfied. However, there are a lot of things that could be improved. First of all, beware! The owner rents out the first floor of the house separately from the ground floor! Thus, while we were planning on having a house all for our family, we had to share the swimming pool and garden area with 4 other adults and 4 other kids unexpectedly. This led to a very crowded pool, and very disturbing loud noises even at late night coming through the ceiling (poor sound insulation). The apartment was otherwise very spacious with several large TV screens and a large, very modern fridge. Unfortunately, there were a couple of essential items missing from the kitchen, such as garbage bin, some cooking tools, there were also no soap in the bathrooms. The apartment was infested by a lot of ants, and there were dozens of wasps hanging out near the garden entrance all the time due to the water spillage coming from the A/C condenser. Several things did not work at all: jacuzzi, shower near the pool, light in the kitchen’s cooking area (this one was fixed after one day in response to our complaint). The water in the pool looked often murky. The table tennis surface was warped (probably due to the heat), and without a ball, so could not be used either. The electric network got overloaded when we tried to use both air conditioners for the large apartment and the electric stove at the same time: the fuse protection switch always shut down. The wifi was sadly very unreliable also. The parking is on the property next door, which was very convenient, but unfortunately offers no shade for the car. Its access to the main road via a remote-controlled gate is very dangerous, as there is no visibility on the high speed traffic that approaches in a curve.

Good location, close to Sibenik, spacious apartment, nice fridge, and videogames for kids. Hospitality and helpfulness of host, who was very polite and recommended places to visit.
Having to share swimming pool and garden with many other guests, lack of sleep due to loud noises from upstairs apartment (all this unexpectedly). Not functioning items (shower, jacuzzi, kitchen light, table tennis), weak and unreliable electric network and wifi, missing items in kitchen, dangerous access to parking, ants in the house.
