It was in the center so near to all the local shops and restaurants.
The late noise from the downstair bar.

Great central location for beach and shops and restaurants.
We felt a few things could be improved on. Such as cleanliness and state of fixtures and fittings. Front of cooker was greasy. We wanted to use table mats to protect the table but they were badly stained and obviously old. Handle missing from cupboard. Only minor things though.

Die Lage ist optimal und die Wohnung eigentlich ganz schön.
Wir hatten keinen Kontakt zum Vermieter.
Hatten die Info der Vermieter meldet sich bei uns, um unter anderem auch eine Kaution zu verlangen.
Im Bad war das uns wichtige Bidet abmontiert und wir waren ständig damit beschäftigt, die Ursache für den ekligen Kanalgeruch herauszufinden. Dass uns leider, trotz abdichten und verkleben des Bidetabflussrohres nicht gelungen ist.
Die Sauberkeit in der Küche ließ auch stark zu wünschen übrig.
Schade, weil es eigentlich eine sehr schöne Wohnung ist.
