Great place plenty space kitchen well equipped There is a bit of smell from drain but you can get used to it. Sofa in the living room is in the need of repair or replacement. We had to wait 3 days for high chair for little one even if it was mentioned as standard equipment in the kitchen

Good location, close to bus stops and about 5 mins walk from the beach and promenade. About 5 mins walk into the town center. The bed was very comfortable. It was also fairly clean (room for improvement as stains on sofa) and the Wifi was good enough for the 2 of us to work remotely

Afraid to say it's overpriced for what you get, we have stayed in considerably nicer places in Playa Honda for much better value. There is clearly a drainage problem as there was a constant smell of sewage (we are very tolerant but it was unbearable at times), constant drainage noises in the kitchen sink and the water took a very long time to drain in the shower. The bathroom is dark and humid which creates the perfect environment for cockroaches... We are fully aware that it's normal to find them in the Canaries but they were coming out of the cracks of the door frame of the bathroom (we tried to keep the window closed as much as possible to stop them coming in, but they were definitely coming from inside). We did mention this to the owner during our stay. Sorry to complain but we would recommend getting all of the above checked because we were finding cockroaches on a daily basis and the smell was awful at times.
