NOUVELLES MIRANDAS Residence - Ground floor flat in a secure residence with private numbered parking, featuring a 56 m² garden and a 12 m² terrace, just a stone's throw from shops, the twice-weekly market, entertainment and, above all, Maillol beach.
This one-bedroom flat is laid out as follows:
Living room (access to the garden) with sofa, television and dining area.
Kitchen area equipped with gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, filter coffee machine and Senseo coffee machine.
Bedroom with queen-size bed (bedding changed in 2024) and bunk beds, television.
Bathroom (shower) with toilet and washing machine.
Terrace (awning) with garden furniture, gas barbecue or plancha grill. Electric roller shutters.
The accommodation can sleep 4 people. (Choice of sleeping in the living room or bedroom)
The advantages: Location close to everything, ground floor flat with a beautiful small garden/terrace.

Optional extras: household linen is not provided but can be booked in advance and collected when you pick up the keys (double bed kit: €12.00/single bed kit: €9.00/towel kit with one large and one small towel: €8.00).
WIFI BOX rental: €39/week.
