Maria fait tout son possible pour que l'on se sente bien. La maison est agréable, bien équipée. La chambre du haut est climatisée, le reste n'a pas besoin de climatisation, avec la grande hauteur sous plafond l'appartement reste frais. Le jardin est parfaitement entretenu. On peut garer la voiture devant le garage, derrière l portail. Excellent point de départ pour découvrir la région, nous sommes allés de Nazaré et rio Maior au nord jusqu'à Comporta au sud en passant naturellement par Lisbonnes.
De vrais invasions de petites fourmis dans la cuisine. L'environnement n'est pas top, la plage la plus proche ne nous a pas plu. Mais c'est vraiment mineur, le positif domine largement.

Heel hartelijk onthaal. Heel comfortabele bedden. Keuken was goed voorzien van nodige tools. Het huis wordt verwarmd met een gaskachel, elektrische verwarmingen en airco. Het was ook geen probleem om het gas bij te vullen en de onkosten werden onmiddellijk terugbetaald, bedankt. Er was ook een map met interessante informatie. De koelkast en kast waren ook gevuld met basicvoedsel en drank, bedankt hiervoor...
In de kasten was het niet altijd even netjes. De te gebruiken dekentjes in het salon hingen vol dierenhaar. De rest viel goed mee...

Lovely house in a quiet village 5 mins drive from a bigger town and the nearest beach. Very comfortable and homely. Lots of extra useful things like beach towels and buckets and spades for kids. Great shower room. Built BBQ. There are loads of lovely beaches in the area. Maria, the host, was really lovely and helpful.
The garden is very pretty but quite steep and you can't see kids from the house so I wouldn't recommend it for young children without supervision.
You definitely need a car and be prepared for steep, narrow and winding roads, but that's part of the charm of the quiet village location.

Spacious traditional property.
Maria and her son greeted us warmly. The welcome pack was greatly appreciated.
Generally the property was excellent. The only slight issue we had was the electric supply which occasionally cut out. As this was a winter trip we had the heating on which I think caused the overload, particularly when the kettle was also on. This should not be a problem at other times of the year.
Again due to the time of year, the outside areas were in shade. This made it difficult to dry washing.
