Villa Athena Skiathos

Posizione eccezionale per la vista mare. Karen e Org ospitali e esaurienti a consigliare spiagge da visitare e sostare, ottimi ristoranti e locali per bere un buon drink.

Faticosa da raggiungere a piedi per la strada in salita abbastanza irta. Necessità da subito di un mezzo (scooter, quad o auto)

AMAZING! Coming from two sisters who are extremely particular about cleanliness and aesthetics, that says a lot. This mini estate, set within an old olive grove, is absolutely pristine. The gardens and views are spectacular, and each villa offers privacy with its own porch and garden. Our villa featured a balcony with breathtaking views of the olive groves, hills, and sea. The bed linens were crisp white and comparable to those of a high-end hotel. Rooms were cleaned daily, with sheets and towels refreshed every few days. The location requires about a 5-minute walk up a steep hill, which is very manageable if you are in good physical health. Karen and Org, the hosts, live on the property and are exceptionally hospitable and caring. Karen welcomed us onto her balcony and spent time walking us through a map of the island, sharing tips on the best beaches and providing excellent restaurant recommendations—like having a personal concierge. Org helped with our luggage, which was no easy task, and both were always available to ensure we had everything we needed. Skiathos has a wonderful small-village feel, with some of the friendliest people we’ve met. A must-visit destination, and we would gladly stay here again.

Had a truly wonderful week here at Villa Atheno with my new Fiancé. Karen and Org were the perfect hosts. They both were so welcoming and helpful and fully able to answer any question you may have. The room was very clean and tidy and facilities were brilliant. Air con and bathroom were lovely and the view on the balcony was 10/10. Had a small kitchen with fridge and freezer which was perfect for putting any drinks or food in. The gardens around the villa were so beautiful and well kept. Upon arrival it was great to sit down with Karen and Org who gave us a map and pointed out the best beaches to go to, quad/car rental and also had some great food recommendations. A really lovely couple who couldn't do enough to make your trip perfect which paired well with the stunning views from the room. 100% coming back.

With great view comes a great hill. Luckily only €10 taxi will get you from town right up to your doorstep

Extrem freundliche Betreiber, Karen und Org waren immer bereit zu helfen. Sehr ästhetische Anlage und traumhafter Blick auf die Ägäis 🙂 sehr schöne Studios mit mehreren Möglichkeiten sich draußen aufzuhalten (Balkon+Veranda+eine weitere Terrasse allein für unser Studio)

Allenfalls Kleinigkeiten: Bei entsprechenden Windverhältnissen ist das Geräusch der Hauptstrasse wahrnehmbar, wenn man sich auf dem Balkon aufhält. Kein Fernseher im Zimmer (haben wir persönlich nicht vermisst, ehrlicherweise aber erst vor Ort wahrgenommen)
