8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
There’s a newly opened food court just beside the hotel with plenty of food options
Service is quite lukewarm. And hotel is very strict in any request for early check in or late check out. Unfortunately for my room the house keeping was not done well, and tv barely working. We booked a junior suite for a birthday celebration and there was no attempt to celebrate too or take our request.

Clean and spacious. Good amenities
Aircon was very bad. Maintenance guy tried to repair but wasn't working that well. Maybe it's just the room.
9 / 10Outstanding·Jul 2026
V8 Hotel offers excellent value for money. It's located close to several dining options (dim sum, food court, etc.). The staff was friendly, and the rooms were decent for this price range.
The air conditioning system is a bit old and takes quite a while to cool the room. There are also no shopping options within walking distance (although some are a short drive away). Lack of air conditioning in the hotel corridors.

The staff were friendly
It was quite disappointing in terms of cleanliness. The walls were dirty especially the toilet.
