Sea View Beachfront Condos Pattaya Jomtien Beach

Location close to beach , restaurants, night markets 5 minutes walk or local 15 bah cost,transport. In Jomtien Condominiums complex small restaurants, laundry, hair and massage shops. Tobias is an excellent host and owner of condos ,gives clear information, is always helpful, and can be trusted to respond quickly to you. Condo is clean with good view of Jomtien Beach

Walking across road to get to fitness room and 2nd pool in complex- gym weight equipment around 30 years old , walking machines ok.

Der Vermieter,sage einfach Tobias,spricht deutsch und erledigt probleme sofort.Die Aussicht war klasse,direkter Blick an den Strand und weit ins offene Wasser,den Jomtien Beach Strand konnte man bei klarem Wetter vom Balkon aus gut 2 km sehen,also auch ein Strandspaziergang lohnte sich.Also die Hilfsbereitschaft von Tobias war super und ich kann bei 5 Sterne alle 5 vergeben

Man kann nicht sagen oder von nichtgffallen reden denn das Appartment liegt im 18 Stockwerk was selten dazu führte das man kaltes Wasser aus der Dusche bekam.Die Klimaanlage,wers mag,habe ich den ganzen Tag zu laufen gehabt und Nachts noch zusätzlich den Ventilator,dazu muss ich sagen die Nächte lagen bei 29 bis 32 Grad,es war ja auch Mai.

Besonders gut hat mir das sehr freundlich und hell renovierte Studio gefallen. Zum Strand waren es nur 1oo Meter. Mit dem Baht-Taxi kommt man in wenigen Minuten für kleines Geld nach Pattaya. Besonders gut war die persönliche und hervorragende Betreuung durch den Vermieter Tobias! Er hat sich um alles gekümmert wie z.B. Taxi vom und zum Flughafen, Anmeldung usw.

To start with, the host is absolutely amazing, helpful and friendly! So I was really amazed by his hospitality and the service he provided. The location of the condo is just great, because its just 100m walk from the beach away, and all the facilities you need are close by, as are the transportation method like the Songthaew's (TukuTuk's).

However, the bed was quite uncomfortable and really hard. Started having back pains after 1 week already. The facilities of the condo, like the gym, were horrible. The gym's (two of them, are in no state to be used at all, and most of the equipment was broken all the time. The pool are was nice, but too crowded. The bathroom was okay, but please for the love of humanity change the toilet seat! I've never bitten on a more hurtful toilet seat in my life, that cuts into my cheeks. Overal the place is okay, but since I traveled along several condos during my stay to look for a place for my father, I stumbled upon better options, even for 1 month stays.
