Apartments in Villa Flora

The apartment was very clean, well equipped, tastefully furnished and had a wonderful view of the mountains. The host was very pleasant and helpful and shared useful information about the area. The breakfast was plentiful, excellent and varied and delivered to the apartment. Villa flora apartments were a little outside Kranjska Gora, but convenient to shops and restaurants. Even a few hundred metres from the apartment there was a very nice Pizzeria.

I guess having a washing machine on site would have been helpful.

We had a very good stay at this property. The views were amazing and definitely one of the highlights of our visit. The hotel was very clean and well maintained throughout. There was plenty of parking available, which made everything very convenient, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

One thing we underestimated was the importance of having air conditioning. We were aware that the property did not have AC, so this is not a criticism of the listing itself. However, to get fresh air at night, we needed to keep the balcony door slightly open. Since there were no insect screens on the doors, bugs could occasionally get inside. If you are used to modern hotel comforts and are not particularly outdoors-oriented, this may be a bit uncomfortable. For us, having either air conditioning or insect screens would have made the stay more comfortable.

I honestly haven’t slept this well in ages. I have to give huge praise to the beds — the mattress was unbelievably comfortable, truly top quality, and we slept like absolute babies. With the window open, fresh morning air drifting in, birds singing outside… it felt like a little slice of paradise. And that view on top of it all — breathtaking. For me, it’s a solid 11/10.
