A small apartment in a villa, with parking available in the yard, which was very convenient. It’s only about a 15-minute drive to Plitvice Lakes National Park, and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which made everything very convenient. The host was very kind and gave us a detailed introduction to the apartment. Everything we needed was provided. There was beer, juice, candies, and even some local spirits. We were also given a lovely Plitvice Lakes fridge magnet as a souvenir. We didn’t have any salt with us, and the host kindly gave us some. The apartment is thoughtfully decorated and very cozy. The only downside is that it felt a little small for four people. There is no dishwasher in the kitchen, although the kitchen is quite small and there probably isn’t enough space for one anyway. There is air conditioning in the living room but not in the bedroom. However, it wasn’t particularly hot during our stay, so this didn’t affect our comfort.

I stayed at Plitvice Green Gold Apartments for 2 nights with my family, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The host gave us a wonderfully warm welcome and genuinely went out of his way to make sure our stay was a great one, that kind of care is rare these days, and it made all the difference. We were very grateful to him and his family for their hospitality and want to thank them again. The apartment itself was excellent and spotlessly clean, and the location is ideal, only a 16-minute drive to Plitvice Lakes National Park. I highly recommend Plitvice Green Gold Apartments to anyone travelling to the lakes.
