House is next to the beach, literally 10 meters away. There are a lot of beaches near. Location is perfect. Aircondition is a must here, but it is included.
Owner does not speak English, only German and Croatian. There are some bars next to the house, so it is very noisy until 1AM. There are minimum equipments in the apartments e.g. plates, glasses.

Great location, clean and convinient apartments.
No parking space despite of the description and the promisses. Difficult communication eith the landlord.
