What breakfast
The TV did not work. I think you need to replace the aerial That might help.

All good everything there we needed, we were not at the house much but it hard all that was required.
May need a new lounge, it was not very comfortable and need to change taps as cold is on hot and hot is on cold in the shower. Also one bedroom light didn't work.

Location
Spider Webbs on all windows and within property especially lower level. TV did not work, plastic cutlery and kitchen wear was minimal. Front fort was not very secure and mold on lower door.
