Excellent location, very friendly and responsive staff, good rooms. Very helpfully arranged transfers to and from Cusco, with a very good driver Alberino. Good tips for where to eat and what to do.

I genuinely cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay here. This was so much more than just a place to stay. It became one of the most memorable parts of my entire time in Peru. From the beginning, Jorge, the owner, and his nephew Mauricio treated me with such incredible kindness and hospitality. They arranged my airport pickup and drop off, which made traveling to and from Ollantaytambo so much easier and took away so much of the stress of figuring out transportation on my own. As a solo traveler, having someone there to pick me up and knowing my transportation was taken care of made me feel incredibly safe and looked after from the very beginning. Mauricio especially went above and beyond throughout my entire time in Ollantaytambo. He provided me with so much help, advice, and recommendations for things to do around town and made sure I was able to experience so much more than I ever would have discovered on my own. My favourite day was the Sacred Valley tour, which included visiting incredible places such as the salt mines of Maras, Moray, and Chinchero. Mauricio knew so much about the history, culture, and landscapes of the Sacred Valley and took the time to explain everything along the way. His knowledge and connection to the area made the experience feel so much more meaningful than simply visiting the different sites. I felt like I was actually learning about the places I was seeing and understanding more about the culture and history behind them. I also got to visit alpacas and llamas where I could pet and feed them. It was honestly the perfect day! What stood out most to me was that Mauricio’s kindness didn’t end when I checked out. Even while I was staying at another hotel, he continued to help me. When I got lost trying to find my next accommodation, Mauricio helped me find my way.

Awesome location in the old part of town with the narrow streets and very close to the main plaza and also great restaurants near the bridge in town.

Windows very not mosquito proof despite being fully closed. Jorge, the owner, did let me know about not leaving light on, but still…

We had a garden room & the views towards the mountains were exceptional. Our beds were possibly the most comfortable we have experienced in Peru. The location was within an easy wander through the lovely streets of Ollayantambo to the town centre. All the staff were warm & welcoming. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
