Parking dostępny, bliskość plaży, obok piekarnia i sklep z warzywami. zcęściowo zadaszony balkon z widokiem na góry i morze. Z drugiej strony budynku zadaszony taras, na wypadek gdyby padał deszcz. Dobry internet. Dla tych, co ju ż tutaj dotrą: za Metajną, którą widzicie naprzeciwko jest ładna plaża Beritnica, trzeba do niej dojśc po skałach tak z 25 minut, ale warto. Większa niż przeciętnie lodówka z zamrażalnikiem ( zamrozicie bez problemu wkłady lub kufle do piwa - jak macie własne ). Ja byłem na parterze w środku.
Klimatyzacja jest w kuchni, więc schłodzenie sypialni trochę potrwa. Są komary, ale niewiele.
